1. About these terms

These terms form the agreement between you and Fiam Fiam Store when you browse our store, place an order, or pay for any product — electronics, gadgets, perfumes, clothing, supplements, furniture and everything else we sell. By using Fiam Fiam Store you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Your account

You may shop with an email account or by signing in with Google or Apple. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for orders placed from your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product photos are for illustration and colours may vary slightly between screens; sizes, capacities and other specifications listed on a product page are provided by the brand or distributor. We may adjust prices or withdraw an item at any time before your order is confirmed; if an item becomes unavailable after payment we will refund that line in full.

4. Orders and delivery

An order is confirmed once payment has been authorised. Delivery estimates depend on your address, traffic and stock availability; bulky items such as furniture are scheduled with you before dispatch. Someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. Age-restricted items are only released to a verified adult.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack, our payment gateway. Fiam Fiam Store never stores your full card details. Your bank may apply its own authentication step. If a payment fails or is reversed, the corresponding order is cancelled.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing. Most items can be returned within 7 days if unused and in their original, undamaged packaging with all accessories. Electronics, gadgets and appliances carry the manufacturer or distributor warranty stated on the product page, and we will help you repair, replace or refund a faulty unit within that period. For health and hygiene reasons, opened perfumes, supplements, underwear and earphones can only be returned if faulty. Custom-made or made-to-order furniture is not returnable unless faulty.

7. Cashback wallet

Cashback and refunds credited to your Fiam Fiam Store wallet are store credit only. Wallet funds are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable, and cannot be withdrawn or paid back to your bank card or account under any circumstances. They may only be used to discount future orders on Fiam Fiam Store.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no fraudulent orders, scraping, reselling without permission, or interfering with the platform. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

9. Liability

We provide Fiam Fiam Store with reasonable care and skill, but we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
